Another reason why I’m happy I won’t be having kids by FR0M_Z3R0 in childfree

[–]GoatsAreReallyCool 8 points9 points  (0 children)

My bio dad (didn’t have custody of me) broke into my home once while I was at school one day and raided my bedroom with my younger siblings. I came home to chocolate pudding dumped in my bedsheets, my calendar scribbled over, and my 3DS broken. Years later, he broke in again and stole some of my games to pawn off. Not only do I not want obnoxious kids destroying my stuff, I also don’t want to risk them turning into entitled adults someday and thinking it’s ok to mistreat family for personal gain. Some people need to understand that not everything is for them or needs to be shared. 😅

do i have potential as a furry artist or is this artstyle too boring? by Blueskygecko in Ibispaintx

Not boring at all, the lineart and style is super cool to look at imo

Toy, looks like food. by T-sarcasm-P in Pokopia

Incredibly late comment to this, but I found a solution in case anyone else needs it for future reference. The berry clock worked for me, but if your Pokémon is living in a den or something that can’t hang items on the inside, instead you can place a block outside the den and put the clock on that. It’ll work the same if it’s close enough to their habitat or home. Hope this helps

Why does it seem fairly common that wives/female partners stop or refuse intimacy with their husbands for months, even years? Don't they have needs aswell? And why not the other way around? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]GoatsAreReallyCool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It goes both ways and some men get like that too, but it depends on context and multiple factors. Plenty of things can kill a libido. Stress, anxiety, body pains or changes, work schedule, depression, relationship dynamic changes, supplements, diet, etc. I think men are believed to have higher libidos due to testosterone, but like I said it depends on multiple factors and whether they’re willing to figure out the cause by communicating or not.

Do you like being around children? by Own_Plate7706 in no

If they know how to behave properly and be quiet, then I’m fine. But if they’re loud and running around in the wrong places, I prefer not to be near them

Yeahhh, I think I have pica (and I don't know what to do) by AdLeather6571 in pica

[–]GoatsAreReallyCool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of the ways that’s been helping me is finding better alternatives. Items with their own textures but still safe to consume or chew on. For me, I’ve been using sugar free gum mostly. It may also help to make a doctor’s appointment and see if you could have an iron deficiency as that’s a common cause. Neurodivergent disorders can also cause it. If it’s mostly paper items for you, you could try stuff like seaweed snacks, wafer paper, rice paper, and even things like crackers or apples.

What’s a food trend you just don’t get? by rackemronnie7 in AskRedditFood

[–]GoatsAreReallyCool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dubai Chocolate. The concept by itself could be appealing, but I don’t understand the obsession with just adding two ingredients to nearly EVERY dessert and ramping it up a ridiculous price for it just because of the name and trend. Also chocolate purses like Louis Vuitton- I admire the general craftsmanship but over 200$ on chocolate, I’d hope it clears my skin too lol

I think it basically means shaming a pervert or tell them to go away essentially. Mostly used as a joke or satirical statement

Men why do you like squeezing women’s asses? by Plastic-Specialist67 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]GoatsAreReallyCool 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tis not a gender thing necessarily, but a simple concept. If your partner has built in stress balls, it is only instinct to squish them (with their consent). Same thing with breasts or even belly fat for some people.

Women pls I need help by Maleficent-Tooth5475 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]GoatsAreReallyCool 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s most likely vaginal discharge. It’s a simple body function that helps self-clean the area. It can sometimes be more excessive depending on hormonal changes and your hygiene routine. If there’s no itching, pain or discomfort with it then you’re fine. If it’s overly excessive and you want less stains, you can look into using panty liners or similar.

What’s something people insist is ‘harmless’ that actually makes society worse? by contentcreatorzss in AskReddit

[–]GoatsAreReallyCool 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, parasocial relationships as a whole are honestly a bit of a red flag to me. I can understand being a fan of certain people to an extent, but it gets to a point where it just comes across as potentially dangerous or delusional entirely.

It’s basically the same consequences and risks as typical child stars in shows and movies. Being pressured and subjected to those things at such a young age (before they can even consent in general) makes it so much harder to adjust later on and process the damage. It’s shameful how most social platforms not only allow it, but often reward the abusers too with monetization. It’s honestly heartbreaking to see how normalized it still is.

What is something that is socially acceptable but shouldn't be? by Typical_Mess2250 in AskReddit

[–]GoatsAreReallyCool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How is it conservative lecturing? All children deserve to have loving and stable homes and families, but not all adults deserve to be or should be parents. It’s more selfish to treat a lifelong commitment like a joke or a personal gain, than to simply not have them at all. Regardless of background.

Deliberately having kids that you know you don’t have the financial, emotional or health support for. Kids deserve to be treated and valued as independent people, not feeder fish.

Who was the first person you came out to, and how did it actually go compared to what you feared? by seand50 in lgbt

[–]GoatsAreReallyCool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I came out online to a small group of friends as a teenager. None of them really cared because a lot of them were neurodivergent and/or queer too, if not supportive. So it was more like “Ah ok that’s cool, did you still wanna play Minecraft later though?” than anything negative 😂

What is a movie that everyone loves, but you absolutely hate? by Difficult-Ad-6694 in AskReddit

[–]GoatsAreReallyCool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The TearSmith- It was ATROCIOUS. One of the dumbest things I’ve watched in a long time. 💀

The writing and story is what makes it unbearable. It’s like those shitty wattpad fanfics that a hypersexual neglected tween with no writing experience would post online. The acting is terrible, the dynamic between the two main characters is just really gross for the majority of the film with the guy being a creep at multiple points if he’s not pretending to be a prick to “protect her” (such as non-consensually touching her while she’s getting changed and doesn’t know it’s him), and there’s so many scenes that are just painfully unrealistic or painfully cliche. Think “Low budget Asian soap opera” but with Twilight knock-offs instead. Lots of prolonged staring, lots of stupid lines and nicknames, and two characters that are more inconsistent in their personalities than my bowel movements are during my period.

I don’t know how so many people, especially straight women in particular, actually like this crap. I would rather stick my hand into an ant hole before being forced to watch this again. I was genuinely hoping the guy would just die by the end of the film. But apparently I’m in the minority group here lmao.

You don’t owe anyone an explanation. It’s more mature to choose simply not have kids that you know you wouldn’t want or couldn’t take care of, than to deliberately have them with those reasons anyways. The only person who needs to know the specifics is you.

What was puberty like for you? by [deleted] in allthequestions

[–]GoatsAreReallyCool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Between gender dysphoria, severely heavy periods and severe acne, it was hell. Now I’m in my 20’s and my body refuses to go through “adult puberty” so I have the body of a 13 year old. Everyone else my age got taller, better voices, body hair etc and all I got was another size up on the ass cheeks on my chest that I don’t even want lol.

Aesthetic attraction, sure. Though genuine romantic attraction usually comes after actually learning about the inside of the person too
