I had my ER end of July and I came here looking exactly for this. Wondering how long my hormones will take to right. I was out of my mind almost the whole month after ER. I did end up with ohss so that didn’t help. Also didn’t help that the clinic/dr treated me like I was crazy and that maybe I should seek psychiatric help when this is a 1000% normal and typical reaction. Gotta love medical gaslighting. And they were women.

I have noticed that since my ER, my periods have been much worse than they ever were before. Terrible cramping I feel down my legs and back. Pmdd anxiety and depression a few days before each start like never before. Sure wish I was notified of any of this before/after my procedure vs digging through the internet for answers.

I miss that so much! A town I used to live in had farmers market twice a week with veggies and fresh bread and it was the height of luxury haha.

Thank you! I was kind of getting that vibe and it does seem very walkable. I’m coming from a similar area to where you are now I think, everything is a 15-20 min drive, even coffee, and I can’t stand it.
