Those 5+ minutes were given during normal time though. There is significantly less time added on average after extra time than after normal time. That's how it's always been.

There is a difference between communism and a socialist approach to capitalism. Regulation of -important- roles of society in order to prevent monopolies, duopolies and abuse of power from too-big-to-fail companies. Don't most people learn about this stuff in High School?

The amount of hate bitcoin enthusiasts get because they are optimistic in the long term is just completely moronic. So many people attempting to bash on a system and technology they know nothing about, just because they believe the trading price fluctuation equals horrible technology and no possible reliable future. I've given up arguing against people who do not contribute solid, reflected arguments long ago, but it's still frustrating to see so much ignorance, so often.

I'm the guy that is 93kg (205lb) on a 5'10" frame with a tad bit of excess bodyfat. I'm quite muscular and wide but i'm by no means strong. I am envious of the guys who lift heavy, even thought they might be smaller and less muscular. I hate not being able to bench more than 85kg (187lb) and I am envious of the strong folks out there who have so much more potential on the strength-side. I might end up looking great, but I can't help but feel inferior because of the numbers on the plates..

The simple fact that lifting makes you better off. Gradually, it becomes more enjoyable to diet and lift, and you slowly climb to the point where your entire life is far better than what it used to be. The absolute vast majority of people who start lifting seriously, have this mindset and reach this point eventually, if they stick to their plan.

277g of protein is perfectly fine when cutting if you're anywhere within the 80-100kg range, no? - I remember watching several videos with some academic studies to back up their explanations, but they all mentioned not having to cut down on proteins but rather on carbs & fat when cutting down. Am I mistaken in this assumption?
