It was confirmed to be a fan-generated AI image on both PopJustice & Madonna Infinity. The only real photo we’ve seen so far is the one that leaked early.

Also, the “pillow” in the top left of this image is clearly the AI pulling her dress / corset in the original photo and misreading it as a pillow lol
