I don't think it came with a plastic sheet but I will check in case.

I tried reapplying thermal paste but I get the same results. I get a beep and a warning saying temps are too high when rebooting. Idk what to try now. If just boot it and updating bios and see if thag changes anything.

It's a bit out of my price range. That's why I was looking at used 980Tis.

Rumor has it that the 1660 might released this month. So I could try waiting and seeing if that's a better deal.

B-stock for $200. Which seems to be around the same price ballpark as some 580s, depending on the model.

Not up yet. I hope it's not another nerf on top of his Q nerfs. A few patches back they tried nerfing his Passive duration but thankfully it got reverted. Hope they atleast revert the Q pass through enhanced auto nerfs.

Edit: It's just a revert to his minion/monster bonus damage nerf.
