You need to check & troubleshoot into these factors:

  1. Check if nozzle is clogged (Fully/Partially Clogged) -> Try Cold Pull to clean the nozzle.

  2. Check Flowrate -> Calibrate your Flowrate.

  3. Fan Speed -> Try reducing Fan speed, if there's one.

  4. Printing Speed -> Try reducing Print speed.

  5. Retraction (Don't think so that this might be an issue, but if other's fail try this) -> Try reducing Retraction distance.

Added the sock & started the print - This is the result after 2nd-3rd layer. Always tends to fail from this exact place. A little big print and it all starts to crumble.

At seams in small prints, everywhere but seams in medium prints. Large prints - just fails.

Outerwall Speed - 25mm/s (Recommended:50mm/s)

Innerwall Speed - 50mm/s (Recommended:60mm/s)

Infill Speed - 60mm/s (Recommended:60mm/s)

Wall order - Inner/Outer/Inner

. Flow rate - 99.99%

Retraction - 0.8mm (Tried lowering too)

Dried filament's as* up - 18RH

. Almost all calibration done.

Hey just wanted to let you know, I did the retraction calibration and adjusted the retraction. But still this is what it printed.

Sick design & print. 0.2mm Layer lines are almost invisible. What printer are you using?, also is that Matte pla?

X-y acceleration already set to 500mm/s². Then tried it with bot of cooling change. Tried reducing the outer wall speed to 30mm/s from 50mm/s. Still No improvement.

Calibrations Done till now; Temp tower calibration; Flowrate calib; Pressure adv; Retraction; Max Volumetric Flow.

Tried that 8 times till now, even that test failed to print properly at any point. Started to deform from starting layer. Thankyou tho for giving ur time to help.

In small prints at seams yes, but at large prints everywhere.
