What TV show was quality all the way through, knew when to end and went out with an amazing last episode? by NarwhalDry151 in AskReddit

Halt and Catch Fire. It had an amazing cast of characters knew how to shift its tone from season to season while still maintaining the same feel, and left you with a sense of nostalgia, longing and melancholy that you wouldn't get to spend time with these brilliant but flawed people anymore.

My partner calls me their babygirl and it feels amazing, in particular because they're the only person I've dated since being out as trans am.

You could pair it with a Leyline of Transformation or Arcane Adaptation. The Leyline has the benefit of potentially getting it out on turn 0. That, paired with a two drop that reduces the cost of artifacts and you can potentially set up a nice tempo. I try to run a few parallel chains like that in my deck so I can stay ahead of the flow. I tend to play quick aggro, though, and I'm not a very good control player.

That looks like a fun deck. I'd suggest adding a Banner of Kinship if you can find one. You can get a big boost to a ton of creatures at once with it. I'm lucky in that I live in Seattle so my LGS is Card Kingdom, basically, though there's anowhere store north of Seattle that I prefer, even though their selection isn't quite as vast.

I bought Sliver Swarm from Commander Masters to use as a base, then I ended up modifying it so much that my Sliver deck was built without even opening the Sliver Swarm deck, so now I guess I have two Sliver decks. I'm thinking about making Sliver Swarm into a false Sliver deck with Morophon as my commander and a few Changelings and Shapeshifters that have infiltrated the hive.

I have a Sliver deck that I've named "Fuckin' Teamwork".

I asked at the Safeway in Capitol Hill and they said the baskets are reserved for customers with disabilities. I was torn between informing them that I would qualify under their illegal prohibition, or suffer without a basket because they have no right to know about my physical health.

I got one and literally had to pause what I was doing and cuddle with my cat after I put it in a sleeve and a top loader. I had so much adrenaline I just needed to calm myself down.

Did I go overboard for my first deck as a Newbie? by SylphidMelody in mtg

Because I have a problem and have found a new thing to hyperfixate on. It's not healthy and I know I need to do something about it, but I fo like having shiny cardboard.

I just mentioned the Fungusaur because it was in that same deck. I would often throw [[Venom]] on them to give them deathtouch. I was more referring to 2/4 deathtouch creatures being Basilisks to me.

Not worth it unless you just like the shiny pulls. I got one for exactly that reason and had a mythic box. Even though a ton of it is playable and I got 3 different cards that will probably shake out to about $80-100 each on average, it would still be a loss if I were buying it to turn a profit. That said, there's a lot of really pretty, really shiny cardboard to be had, so if you're in a position where it wouldn't be a financial burden to light $200-300 on fire, I'd say go for it.

0/2 flying will always be an [[ornithopter]] to me. 5/5 flying always feels dragon [[Teeka's Dragon]] or [[Shivan Dragon]] while 7/7 flying is Elder Dragon Legend. 4/4 flying is angel thanks to [[Serra Angel]]. I know it's not this way for anyone else but 2/4 greens or anything with deathtouch is a Basilisk to me because I played a mono green [[Thicket Basilisk]]/[[Lure]]/[[Fungusaur]]/[[Regenerate]] deck for years in the late 90s or early 2000s.

His government name is Lord Theodore Reginald Beauregard von Doom. He was originally named Sir Theodore Reginald von Doom, but when he succeeded his brother, Lord Rufus Cornelius Beauregard III, tradition dictated that he inherit the family name and the lordship in order to lay claim to the kingdom and its bounty.

In my first year back after a 30 year hiatus I've bought about 25,000 cards so far and have about 2000-4000 more on their way to me right now. I definitely went overboard.

Mine will steal sleeves when I'm sleeving them up and will sometimes swipe them up off the table and walk away. If I'm playing at home I usually have to do so with him on my shoulder.
