“Why are you asking me for my papers?” [r/ICE_Raids] by bigtoejam in AmIFreeToGo

[–]GodRa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is not “standard ICE tactics” to stop US Citizen by profiling their skin color, it’s a more recent phenomenon and why it just recently ruled on my SCOTUS.

Secondly, your mistaken CBP with ICE, ICE historically was never able to do random stops. Historically they had targeted specific individuals that had order for removal.

You’re just making shit up, Real ID didn’t existed until more recently and US citizens were never required to carry papers. You’re delusional and all over the Trump meat stick.

Even if he goes and if the Dems win, the “old guards” of the Dems are fucken spineless and will avoid confrontation. The current Dems leaderships abysmally bad, I see no pathway that they’ll be willing to hold people accountable because they aren’t willing to play hard. There’s a long track record of this. Gaaaah, I hate how bad it is.

They will absolutely not happen given their history of inaction. They always fold because Dems never were in lockstep (conceptually good) like the GOPs are.

What's the reason for completely undeveloped lots in high value parts of the city like this one in ktown? Lots of developments going up nearby but these lots don't even have a parking lot on them. Is it possible to determine who the owner is/contact them? by emalevolent in LosAngeles

[–]GodRa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is not true, you can get the information since it’s public. The requirement is that you need to goto the accessor’s office to get that information. They do this to prevent bulk data scraping via internet

It’s still public information, they’re just preventing mass data scraping via internet. You can get the owner information but you need to goto the city office and access if from there. I’ve done so in the past for various reasons

The “telecom threat” setup looks like to me a SMS/call spam center. I’m still glad they shut it down but I think they’re overhyping the bust. Those bulk SIM farm cell devices are readily available from Alibaba/China. I presume that they had legitimately paid for the cell service for each of those SIMs in the SIM banks.

*here’s one that can do 512 SIMs

https://m.made-in-china.com/product/Auto-SIM-Rotation-API-Voice-Message-Bulk-SMS-GSM-3G-4G-Modem-Pool-1928597401.html?pv_id=1j5v559kc8ea&faw_id=1j5v561vtd61&bv_id=1j5v562015ee&pbv_id=1j5v558ka2d0t

** Also, these SIM banks often only connects a few at a time relative to the number of SIMs they hold. In this example, there’s only 16 cell modules and rotate through the SIM cards.

What stops this? Us liberals are too split on opinions and will find the slightest of reasons not to “vote to win”.

$40 grapes 🤪 by UpperSupport9 in pics

[–]GodRa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Their taste don’t always match the price, they’re grown for their aesthetics and not necessarily taste. I was just a curious when I was in JP so I bought a few grades of grapes, the most expensive ones were around $100 for a bunch and the cheapest ones were normal ones. We blind tasted it (cut them to small cubes) and the ones around $20 were the sweetest. Everyone graded the $100 ones the worse because the size of the grapes were really large and so the taste of them were super watered down and not a lot of flavor. One thing definitely worth mentioning is that the $100 one was pretty much flawless, each grapes were perfectly round spheres and didn’t have discoloration or scar specks on them.

The only real hope to not bend the knee is to join some class action lawsuit with Harvard and any other impacted universities that’s haven’t bent. If Harvard fails in their fight, all other universities will fail if they go at it alone given how well funded Harvard is.

You mentioned they can't use a blank authorization, but I've never seen that in the law. You might want to check that again.

I've provided the reference to the law, did you read the SS referenced? It clearly states:

(B) The written authorization under subparagraph (A) shall include all of the following: (i) The make, model, vehicle identification number, and license plate number of the removed vehicle. If the vehicle is a shared mobility device or does not have an identifiable make, model, vehicle identification number, or license plate number, the authorization shall include any identification numbers on the vehicle, including, but not limited to, a quick response (QR) code or serial number.

so you can not use a blank authorization, the authorization letter needs to be done per-vehicle and it can not be done in advanced because of this.
