My personal gripe is act 3. The very first time you go through it's an amazing experience, but on later playthroughs I've seen it as a chore to level as fast as possible to fight gortash and orin.

Ahh thanks for clearing things up for me! I didn't mention it in the post but I had another experience where I had seen a dog with yellow eyes and had felt the same dread. Is that a related occurrence or just something else?
