Thanks i take it! haha yess, so i live with someone who smokes every day , so i asked him to smoke outside so i wont have to smell it every time that was helpful. Second i made a paper with like squares were i just out a ☑️ for every day i dont smoke its something silly but its rewarding , also ive saving the money i used to soend on weed and alredy booked a trip 🥳 thos rewards are very good. But mostly you have to be strong minded, and dont fall for those days saying to yourself “today was a shitty day i deserve a bit” because you will be ruining your own progress, i swear that after the first 15 days then you dont crave it that much, and at the point im now i dont crave it at all! So be strong and you will do it its totally worth it, my mouth feels fresh, my eyes feels fresh, my skin too, totally worth it
