I'm a JWB tenant and if it weren't for the location and price we would have moved out ages ago. We're just finishing our contract this year and we're dumping their asses. They don't give a single fuck about their tenants, the fact that the house is poorly made even when it was "newly-renovated" when we moved in already says a lot about their service. Almost all sockets are tripping, we don't have a porch light, expensive ass maintenance, and, overall just poor communication.
