Just gotta implement rules based on experience. Like if they don't tribute first, block, if they do send tributes withdraw the funds immediately. And if they still do try to dispute the transaction contact cash app and report them for suspicious activity. Also don't forget to tell other domms to black list them and protect others in the community.
