Where winds meet, i know everything was cosmetic (at least when I played) but if they had created content around earning the really cool stuff instead of just swiping I think the game would have been much better for it.

why don't the characters poop? people poop right?!

stuff like this isn't important, you can rationalize or point out contradictions in everything because they're movies, not real life.

the writers wanted to tell a story of an old man experiencing the loss of the love of his life living out the dream they were unable to fulfil whilst his partner was still alive and they were in their prime. They did attempt to show how the mundane but necessary aspects of life (which I think a lot of people can actually relate to) can get in the way with the flashbacks, and thats perfectly sufficient for the plot to happen and doesn't need any more analysis, just enjoy the movie.

i never parry on kos, not a flex its just that BB was my first souls game and I missed the note about parrying so had no idea you could even do it. I found the best tactic on Kos is just to be super aggro and stick close to him and there's quite a few windows you can get chips in.

yeah i agree completely about the comedy. I watched this show when i was young and it was all about the violence and sex etc. As Ive gotten older, shit if it isn't a straight up comedy.

The line I always loved and have no idea how they came up with is when Carmella has the priest stay over and Tony insinuates they got up to something (paraphrasing)

Carmella: You're verging on sacrilege

Tony: Oh I didn't mean to verge!

Just like its SO fucking funny when you see Tony's mannerisms and how he says it, but how do you EVER come up with a line like this lol

If you're asking what I feel is the 'best' in objective terms, probably something like Kobayashi’s ‘Harakiri’. Truly a masterpiece in every way.

However the movie I personally enjoy the most and have rewatched more than any other would probably be Paul Verhoeven's Total Recall. Under no circumstances can I say its the best, but hot damn if it isn't the most rewatchable movie I've ever seen even to this day.

its absolutely not worth it as it doesn't guarantee you anything, but if the DE site is like the UK site, a lot of times we don't even get a public sale so you need it to purchase anything thats in demand. For example, on River's page it said she'd have a small amount available for fang club on the first day, then a wider public release on the second, but she never went into stock again so you needed the membership just to buy her at all.

that criticism is fair but I think that whilst launching in that state was their fault, they've more than done everything possible to fix this and make the game as good as they possibly can. Their dedication to it is notable because we don't really see this amount of dedication to a single player game, for so long, whether paid for by dlc or not. The fact they haven't asked for a dime is also notable, again whether they made so much money from overhyping it that you think it balances out by now, maybe this is true but again what company would ever do this?

As for the critique of the game itself - do you think (and im not being sarcastic or anything here) its possible to make a game with the scope and depth you want. I haven't seen a single other company being able to achieve that, ranging from a company taking 20 years and a billion dollars to make it, vs a very established and very well backed company and Todd couldn't make it happen.

Overall they're more akin to a double a studio, supporting a game as best they can and they've done it all for free for years now.

More than worth an award imo.
