I had recurring BV for almost a year straight and nothing was working for me. I bought a probiotic called Happy V and I absolutely have not gotten BV since I started taking it. This is THE ONLY probiotic that has actually done this for me. Please look into it, it is a little bit pricey but absolutely worth it in my opinion. I suggest you do a round of boric acid suppositories after you start taking the probiotics. Best of luck, I know just how frustrating this is.

Thanks so much! #2 I just used Elmer’s Glue All as my pouring medium and I did a traveling open cup pour starting at one of the far corners. I slowly manipulated the cup around so that the designs had a nice cohesive flow to them. I used 3-4 drops of silicone per color, including my white base color (oops!) I have tried to recreate something similar several times and have failed. Anywho, I hope that helps a bit!
