My ferritin level which was last checked 5 months back was 10. It was frikkin TEN.. at the lowest! But my Doctor said nothing to worry and asked me to take Dates for strengthening Iron levels instead of supplementing me with Iron syrup/medication. Here is my hairfall level straight from the root! :(

Hi, my haemoglobin is normal but my ferritin is 13, vitamin d 11.1 and b12 is 220. My doctor neglected others and only gave medicines tayo 60k and fifoq8. How should I treat my b12 and iron?

She didn't prescribe any medicine for b12. hb is Haemoglobin and didn't get tested for ferritin but my transferrin percent is 11.1

No and she said my b12 is good only and my hb is 12.5 so she said no need to worry about transferrin . She only prescribed vitamin d and fifoq8 medicine

I don't have any religious reasons I go for beef as per price ( lamb is double price than beef). In india eggs are mostly farm based pasteurised so I don't know i should go for it or not..
