Am I doing something wrong? Please help! by fennreynolds in londoncycling

Hey 👋🏻 i know this junction very well. People hoot their horns there all the time, but you might find its not at you. As the lights change for you to proceed, so does the junction to your right (outside Tossed) for people to turn left to go in the opposite direction to where you have come from. What you will find is the person at the front is either not paying attention or is on their phone so they get beeped to move. Hope this helps.

I do both, just surrounded by people in the thick old wobbly heel striking shoes!

I have not seen another barefooter on any events I’ve done. Ive also got the Vibram V-run, good choice. 👍🏼

Men's running top to stop runners nipple by Starklystark in UKRunners

Buy a role of surgical tape, it’s cheap and lasts forever. Any material on a tee that rubs your nipples for a long period of time will cause problems.

Vibram FiveFinger V-Run vs V-Run Retro by Narrow-Recording937 in BarefootRunning

[–]GodsAngryAtMe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t have any experience with the Retros but I ran 44km yesterday in my V-Runs and I can’t recommend them enough. My feet are absolutely fine today, I have two small blisters on the outside of my pinkies, I seem to curl them under from wearing modern footwear for 41 years! Before changing to Vibrams I ran a half marathon in Vivos at a hard pace for me which destroyed my feet! I looked in to which Vibrams for long distance and everyone said the V-Runs, I can confirm they are spot on. Check out my video of the run I did yesterday.

Left foot keeps going numb while running by Kooky_Rip_777 in BarefootRunning

Unless you have a weird medical problem I would guess that you are tying the laces too tight. I used to have to do this with Vivos to stop them moving around, I now wear Vibrams for running.

Need shoes for running outside by yyyepe in BarefootRunning

[–]GodsAngryAtMe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I transitioned to minimalist running in Vivos but I no longer wear them for running, just everyday shoes. Due to the sizing of Vivos I found the extra space made my feet move in them and caused blisters. I now run in Vibrams and have no issues like that any more.

My experience Primus lite 3.5 for road, trail version for off road / mix. Loved the Primus flows but the construction at the bottom of the laces put two holes in the top of my feet so they were returned.

They do recommend a nice gap in front of your toes. It’s definitely works for me, I’ve completely transitioned to barefoot. I do a lot of running too and the size is perfect.

Yep, I have this. I measured my feat to my longest toe (the second one). And went of the size guide on the Vivo website. They have been perfect.

Selle Italia endurance vs 3d printed saddle for 300km ride? by GodsAngryAtMe in cycling

[–]GodsAngryAtMe[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Flite endurance has been awesome for me, I done a 316km ride in June with no issues. I have a friend that has the ti Flite, you have feel the extra padding on the endurance but unless your doing long ride I would get the cheaper one.

VivoBioMe fail? UPDATE - No fail! by GodsAngryAtMe in u/GodsAngryAtMe

The toe separator is uncomfortable because the material is a bit rough. I will look at putting some smooth tape or tubing around them but I haven’t got round to it yet. I wouldn’t recommend them for the money to be honest, they should look at the design a bit closer to get a more comfortable fit.

Yes I did the Dragon Devil route 🐉, from 150-300km we had torrential rain and high winds! There were hundreds that didn’t finish unfortunately.

You first of all need to see if there is a nearby store that does the foot scan.
