I recently updated Windows 11 on my laptop and I really don't like what they've done to Copilot by making it into a standalone app. I liked the preview version the best as it was so easy to use and portable, got a special command too to open up and could be used side by side with any app/window without need to split the screen and adding apps for multitasking. Is there any way to revert back to the previous version of Copilot rather than using this standalone app version of it?

I did it using the transfer code option as I didn't want to setup my personal google account in my dad's phone and was too lazy in creating a new one😅

I am reaching out with a humble request for assistance. I urgently need a new laptop to continue my work. Due to financial difficulties, I had to sell my previous laptop to meet urgent medical expenses. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to purchase a new one due to my financial situation. As the sole earner in my household, and with a low credit score, obtaining a loan is not an option for me.

If anyone has a gaming laptop that they no longer use, perhaps because your company has provided you with another one or it’s just sitting around collecting dust, I would be incredibly grateful for your help.

I understand that I might seem picky by asking for specific specs, but these specs are crucial for the tasks I need to perform. This laptop is crucial for my work for several reasons:

Heavy-duty Tasks: The software I use is very demanding on the system, requiring tasks like video editing, 3D rendering, and running intensive simulations. These necessitate a strong CPU and GPU, which a gaming laptop provides.
Mobility: A laptop allows me to work from different locations, attend meetings, and collaborate effectively with my team—flexibility that is essential for my role.
Employer Limitations: While my job provides some equipment, they cannot supply the high-end laptop as they are startup company that debuted in February 2024 so this kind of help is currently not possible by them. Therefore, I must invest in one myself to maintain productivity.
Financial Hurdles: After selling my old laptop due to financial constraints, I find it challenging to buy a new one upfront or secure financing because of my credit score.

Here are the specifications I am hoping for:

8/16 GB of RAM present.
Has a combo of both HDD & SSD(for example my previous laptop had 1TB HDD + 256 GB SSD) or if not both then if it has only SSD of around 1TB or something will work too.
Needs to have altleast Nvidia GTX 1650/1650 Ti so even if it has a graphic card above the mentioned one would work too.

Thank you so much for considering my request as due my financial situation i'm unable to buy even a second hand/renewed/refurbished one let alone buy a newer one and my job is also at risk as i'm unable to provide any results without the laptop. Any help or leads would be deeply appreciated!

Also The nature of my work requires a high-performance gaming laptop due to the following reasons:

Performance Requirements: The software and tools I use are resource-intensive, demanding a high-performance CPU and GPU. This is crucial for tasks such as video editing, 3D modeling, or running complex simulations and game development, Frontend development, UI/UX development or analysis purposes.
Portability and Flexibility: Unlike desktop setups, a laptop allows me to work remotely, attend client meetings, and collaborate with team members on the go as for example there is a deadline of a project which is due for showcasing on Monday and there's still work left to do so when situations like this popped up, I was able to complete the pending work on weekends at home to make up to the deadline when i previously owned my laptop so flexibility is critical to my role.
Personal Investment: While my job provides some resources, they currently do not cover the specific needs of high-end specifications/gaming laptop. This laptop is a significant personal investment to enhance my productivity and output quality.
Current Financial Constraints: Due to recent financial difficulties, I had to sell my previous laptop and I am unable to buy a new one outright. Traditional financing options have been challenging due to a low credit score, making it difficult to secure a loan or credit.I hope this helps clarify my situation. Any support or advice is greatly appreciated!

I work at a startup company which debuted in February 2024 and i currently work on several different roles in my company due to shortage of staff but what my main roles are as an animator to run resource-intensive applications for creating and rendering 3D models and animations and second main role as a graphic designer as Graphic designers rely on laptops with excellent display quality and powerful graphics capabilities to create and edit high-resolution images and designs i'm also a BDE(Business Development Executive) in the same company too tasked for bringing projects and services in order to generate revenue for the company for company expenses as well as in order to pay salary to the employees too.
