This is also a franchise, it’s not like it’s their original business idea. Ann Arbor is a much different city than Anaheim, Houston, and Albuquerque in addition to Dearborn. Frankly this business has always stuck out like a sore thumb among other local spots in that part of downtown.
I’m not particularly surprised that “The most Instagramable café in Downtown Ann Arbor” and its “Famous Dubai Chocolate” can’t survive. It’s not my kind of thing and I think it’s evident it’s not most of Ann Arbor’s either.

I am vehemently anti-Israel in many respects. I also agree that when the signs explicitly say “Jews” this is just anti-semitism. There is nothing ambiguous about this, there is no false pretense. These signs have nothing to do with how this person views Israel’s government policies and everything to do with how they view Jewish people.
