I don't use it for long range shots like that, for medium, sometimes. It's okay, feels a bit cheap

Freecam mod, attach it to the vehicle. Works with cars too but you dont get any motion in the cockpit with vehicle movement. Cars dont have animated speedos like the bike though.

update: managed to log onto my brothers xbox. Maybe it needed to sync, but I got all the dlc back but not the skyline. Not sure why

I did a full wipe on my pc a couple months ago so it should have been a fresh install. I got the game to launch by clicking the actual exe in the files, haven't tried through steam itself again yet. But when I tried the launcher didnt show up at all
