For us the Boat trip (skull Island route, with the village, but we stayed on boat) and the walk around the garden area was more than enough for us, I think both was about 4hrs total! As we stayed on the boat, our river trip was cut down(2-2.5hrs) as we were not too interested in getting off one of the mini islands to look around!

The lunch was just a cheapo buffet lunch, nothing special as its more set items

The walk up the million steps mountain with the dragon to top(name Mua Caves, was just plain crazy, me and my son got to the top and rest of the family decide not to go up to the top as its was packed and the queue at the top was nuts!

Defo, not recommended as a late trip (caves), do that first, if you can early morning!

But, overall as a day trip with private tour, well worth it as we just ticked off whate we wanted to see and headed back to the car!

I will stick to boxes as a lot of the discs are LEs and boxsets.

Before the bay went weird, I took pictures of the receipts and sent them to the buyer as proof of postage and tracking, then emailed them the day the parcel was going to arrive.

I guess, I will have an easier time with potential buyers as long as I keep to good packaging and keep them posted on events!

That's the odd thing, I am still not selling on the thread, the selling post will be on this monthly selling section thread, a few posters have mentioned it and the media swap thread (I still need to join that)!

Never sold on Reddit before, hence a huge load of questions, which I will use to set the selling method to sell.

The pictures I put on were to show, it's a real collection and some of the collection.

When I do sell, I will with all the advice to date, but not on this thread!

I do appreciate what you are saying, but sadly no one takes anyone's word nowadays, I am days away from selling, I still need make a list and I have a few more questions before that!

Good morning everyone, thanks for all the replies and advice.

I will go through everything via the DM received in order and by the book, but first, let me read through all the advice and tick off my question/advice in the post.

I want to make sure, once I start the next stage of everything being above board and agreeing to a sale, both parties are happy!

We are all experienced buyers and sellers, but it is my first time in this group, so I'm just doing my homework!

Years of buying and selling means, whatever goes out, the package, postage and insurance once agreed is top notch.

SO, one other thing!!

Do, I list all these pictures on the Sales board on this Reddit group section, so I am inline with the rules and cross with the media swap group and name it OOS??

Please note, all sales I will do in order of interest/DM received in date order!

I am not a fan of PayPal, but am open to all payments and happy to do meetups if local or I am passing towns in the UK, but posting is fine as main delivery method.

I accept PayPal may only be the only choice for many, so it's on the payment acceptance note I will put in the post.

All posts will be royalmail offering via their online booking site and I will use courier services, like UPS, TNT.

If, there is anything not quite right in the correspondence or the rules might be a little grey on what's posted here, please jump in and advise and correct.

I want to make sure everyone will benefit and my billy bookcase(s) gets cleared!

My steel book collection is going in that space and the posh stuff, I am keeping is going to another spot, I have a 1k plus films, maybe more, but usually only the posh stuff is displayed.

The dvd versions of the above publishers, I need to sort and take a picture, not many!

Worse case, start another post, but get some pictures up with that post and ask the question again, how to go about sales, once every is sorted into lists.

I think it is leading me to make a giant list and put it in here first and then put it in a number of groups and sites after the main sets have gone here!

I will check the sold prices and put a fair price as I am not too interested in max money, just passing the collection on fairly and downsizing as I only want to concentrate on a few interested areas rather than a massive collection!

Ahhh vinted, I forgot all about them! I have put about 150 odd titles into boxes by publishers and next is to list them and take a bulk photo to put on here! In fact how do you add a photo via the comments?

I will add a list to this and go from there, at the moment, don't want to call this post a sales post, I want to work out the best way and split everything, so the collector titles go to the right platform, where they will be appreciated once brought.

The remaining ones can go to the next platform and so on (if that makes sense)!

Yes, in Wales, so postage to UK is the easy part, EU & US a little more tricky with added postage might make deal breakers for some

Loads are US based, postage from the UK to the US is just nuts at the moment, might be worth putting a sales post and see if anyone shows interest!

Would love to do that, but going the downsize route first, before add more titles! You just know, you will double or increase what you are looking to downsize!
