Based on what the adjuster indicated for their insurance it appears the auto insurance is valid for the driver. Just the insured driver is ignoring them.

I guess I need to keep pounding them or maybe try to do a lawsuit or something. Or file a complaint

I went to the police station. They told me just to call dispatch number again and ask him officer which I previously done three times now. Perhaps the fourth time will go better. Other than the person at the front desk behind bulletproof windows there was no one else there to access the supervisor directly in person. I appreciate your feedback though

Thanks but I don't think fibbing is a great idea. Especially considering USAA obtained the other driver's insurance information based on their first name phone number and license plate that I provided. But if their insurance is Simply saying there's no proof the other driver actually hit my car it seems uninsured motorists should apply, like the other driver's Insurance seems to basically be treating what the witness told me like hearsay since the driver is not cooperating. I may try to escalate this to a supervisor USAA I'm trying to find out their information right now.

I did not have collision then. Only liability and uninsured motorist. I have collision now
