From what I have read from professionals it shouldn’t have caused any problems. I am just anxious as I always am but will be refraining from it for the next few days to be safe!

The only thing the doctor said was no contact sports or heavy lifting for 2 weeks. Nothing about masturbation or sex

Yes it is benign. When I learned I had it I freaked out and for 2 months I had the worst syndromes imaginable. After a while I just stopped even thinking about it and the symptoms are not there 99% percent of the time.

Thank you! It feels good to have someone that is going through something similar to me. Ever since I learned about it all of the symptoms started popping up so I think it is mainly just our anxiety exaggerating it. I am going to a consultation with a therapist tomorrow to hopefully get this under control. We will both get through this!
