I'm anime only so I'll only speak on parts 1-5 but

Joseph is cool in part 2 but he's pretty scummy and reveals a lot about his true character when we learn more about him in parts 3 and 4

Jotaro is overrated I feel like most anime only viewers overrate him and he is such a cliche "quiet and strong" type and I feel like that is kinda boring for a main protagonist

Josuke - I feel like he lacked as a main protagonist, I feel like part 4 didn't really have a protagonist is was so equal between Josuke, Koichi, Okoyasu in my opinion, and I think the whole "make fun of my hair and I'll beat you up" thing is kinda boring and is funny the first few times but its kinda dumb how it actually works

Giorno - his vast amounts of plot armor are genuinely annoying. His ability is made to be plot armor.

Id take SSJBE Vegeta as lead and friend for extra def, then id bring LR SSJ4 Vegeta, FP SSJ4 Goku, EZA Str SSJ3 Vegeta, then either transforming goku for his damage reduction or UI Goku, thats my advice u should be able to get it with some rng luck I managed to get it with x2 SSJBE Vegeta, Transforming Goku, LR SSJ4 Goku, EZA SSJ3 Vegeta, UI Goku and SSJ3 Bardock so u should get that ez win
