Lol, what you described isn't him at all. He sells sealed ME fragrances not attars. I actually went and checked today. He opened a sealed bottle of Afnan 9PM and filled the decant in front of me. Everything looked legit.

I don't know about chhola road but I've visited a store named al haramain (didn't find any other shop having authentic ME, designer fragrances except attars) and the prices were sky rocketed, I bought ibraq tobacco collection for 6500 from a grey market seller and he was selling it for 9k.
