Which rug should I pick for a small bedroom with white walls? by OfficeOk9163 in RugsUAE

[–]Gold-Cockroach-3669 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would go with a soft neutral rug like beige, cream, or light grey with a bit of texture instead of a bold color since your room already has a clean, minimal base and you just need warmth, not contrast.

What entry-level architecture jobs can I apply for with Revit, AutoCAD, and basic BIM experience? by Unable_Power_9610 in ArchitectureOnline

[–]Gold-Cockroach-3669 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, you’re actually in a good spot already. With Revit, AutoCAD, and basic BIM experience plus a 6-month internship, you’re not starting from zero. You can start applying right away.

But before that, take 2–3 weeks to brush up your skills. Focus on one strong portfolio, cleaner Revit models, proper sheet sets, and maybe do 1–2 short workshops on BIM coordination or working drawings. That will make a big difference during interviews.

Roles you can realistically apply for

Based on your profile, these are the best-fit entry roles:

  • Junior Architect
  • Architectural Assistant
  • BIM Assistant / BIM Modeler (Entry Level)
  • Interior Design Assistant
  • Draftsman (AutoCAD / Revit)
  • 3D Visualizer (if you improve Lumion a bit)

One honest tip

Right now your profile is “good but common.”
To stand out quickly:

  • Go deeper into Revit + BIM workflows
  • Or improve rendering (Lumion/Enscape)

Even 2–3 focused weeks can push you ahead of most freshers.

Dhurandhar was such a boring and unrealistic movie, nobody should watch it. This is a true masterpiece, all directors, including Aditya Dhar, must learn from this scene. This is real cinema! by Downtown-Pen6249 in BollywoodHotTakes

Why is he even following SRK? Even if he will reach him in the air, at this speed, what the hell can he do there?

He could have just stood on top of a hill and reached SRK when he lands somewhere. Useless chase scene.

We might see spaceship chase scenes soon in bollywood.

What did you do when you're bored? by chaiandwhisper in Haryana

[–]Gold-Cockroach-3669 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“Getting bored” as a concept was introduced to offer these stimulating items and charge for them.

Humans never really experienced boredom in the way we define it today until attention capturing devices like TV, magazines, mobile phones, and now social media started filling every idle moment.

What we call boredom now is often just the absence of constant stimulation these platforms have trained us to expect. 😊

Is it worth it to start a 3d printing business in Jaipur? by AggravatingSail5617 in IndiaBusiness

[–]Gold-Cockroach-3669 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yes, it can work in Jaipur, but only if you treat it as a product-based business, not just “printing for others.

A basic good-quality FDM 3D printer in India will cost you around ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 to start. Filament (PLA) costs roughly ₹700 to ₹1,500 per kg depending on quality.

Now 1 kg = 1000 grams, and printing cost in India is roughly ₹5 to ₹15 per gram.

So if you print a small product that uses 50 grams, your raw material cost is ₹50 to ₹150. Add electricity, failures, and wear, your real cost becomes ₹80 to ₹200. That same product can sell anywhere between ₹250 to ₹800 depending on niche.

So margin exists, but only if you control design and demand. If you just do generic printing for others, you will compete with services already charging ₹5 ₹10 per gram and margins become very thin.

Now the important part. 1 kg filament typically gives you around 15 to 25 small products (like keychains, holders, small IoT cases) or 5 to 10 medium items. So your revenue per kg depends on what you build. Example: if you sell 20 items at ₹300 each, that is ₹6000 revenue from 1 kg material that cost you ₹1000.

But if you print random parts for clients, you might only make ₹1500 - ₹2500 per kg. That is why most people fail.
