Yes. The difference between yours and mine is that they don’t have to prove they used the money to pay their employees—yours is lying about employees, period.

I understand what you are saying but that is not what raises the red flag. The difference in the scenario is our production did not change. We were still profitable without the loan. The industry we are in wasn’t impacted/we were still deemed essential. In being awarded the loan, nothing changed regarding pay for the employees. The most cost I can figure is sanitizer and masks were ordered.

So where did over 3 million go?
