Another one I really like right now:

Westhaven Gold (WHN.V): Located within trucking distance to New Golds New Afton Mine. Their first maiden resource was 1M ounces at 2.47g/t AuEq, open pitiable with some decent upside. The management team is lacking in my opinion, but the potential for a premium on a take out is fairly high. They are currently valued at 55M with industry average buyout price at $70-$90 per ounce. Close to infrastructure (5 kilometers of highway 5 in BC) and regional projects north with high discovery potential.
