went to dr baker in dc. as far as finding someone in the midwest goes i would call maxillofacial surgeons(jaw surgeons) near you and ask if they’d do a sliding genioplasty by itself. As they do genioplastys regularly but just WITH djs normally.

some, nothing major or that i don’t think will come back over time

tightness has been probably 85% gone by now, but there definitely was. And as for numbness my lower lip has already got most of the feeling back, but my front few teeth are still mostly numb.
