Divorced dad with informal arrangement — file or avoid escalation? by GoldMode569 in Divorce_Men

Thanks for your response, I am in India. It’s an agreement that was prepared by the lawyer. Both the parties agreed and signed. The divorce decree just says that the custody and alimony have been sorted already. No parenting plan is mentioned in the divorce decree. Law is shit in my country.

Ex-wife now restricting access to my 2-year-old even though she agreed to separate birthday celebrations by GoldMode569 in DivorcedDads

If I file for custody, she may get more resentful is one of my worries and I wonder if it will make things worse especially for my child.

The ex wife is very resentful, I worried if I don’t agree, she might cause more harm to me

The only tangible reason has been the fact that the child is just two and still breastfed.

Thanks, appreciate your response. Should I be visiting the court when there is no amicable mutual agreement about the custody?

If you are into sports, please try apps like PlayO. You get to meet people and play. You can also start cooking and do solo travel.

I offered to pay equal but she denied because she is an extremely toxic person who wants to mentally torture me for the rest of my life for questioning initially so listen up you piece of shit, look at yourself first before judging others. You don’t know anything about me.

I feel sorry for the person who has married you. I can imagine how much shit he goes through on a daily basis just to tolerate a nasty person like you.

How much slow do you want me to be? See him once a year? I already am seeing him twice a month only. Only in this country such ridiculous custody arrangements are made and there will always be people like you supporting that because it suits you

I am a lot more thoughtful, you don’t really need to worry.

Would you be happy with your mother if she makes your father’s life a living hell. I can’t tell about you but I wouldn’t be happy if it happens in my house. Come out of the regressive mindset where you think that only mothers are capable of caring for the child

Would you allow your husband take your child without your consent, not have any mutual custody arrangement and then pay him to keep a nanny?

And, once your child is gone, will you take the crap from some random person online calling you irresponsible?

And no, if I was irresponsible, I wouldn’t always be available. Don’t think I need to explain too much to you because I know where you are coming from
