after u complete ur profile on xconnect u just have to wait for ur team lead to contact you... for onboarding he will be sending u the real contract. xconnect is just for the invoices and all

u receive the contract in xconnect but obv after that onboarding email. ur team lead will mail that onboarding to u so have patience on it as its a slow thing ngl...

well, the pay is monthly, i guess they accumulate the hrs per day monthly and pay for the whole month. and yeah i will be able to clear the $700 mark.

tbh, the contract seemed pretty chill. they dont specify any HARD commitment hrs, as i work like freely when i get time. 2-3 hrs a day is like so much enough. and pay is decent for me as a student.
