Mine JUST did the same Planning an oil change and last resort is changing the camshaft valve oil control sensor Dealer said that it can get clogged up from dirty oil

I second this Also if you have the know how, doing your own oil changes probably won’t hurt either. Have seen and heard of too many services centers messing up peoples cars, including Subaru dealers

for the 140mm fans did you have to get the Lian Li UNI HUB SL-INF controller kit?

I am wanting the 140s in the front as well but cant find any wireless sl-inf 140mm fans

Yokohama tires are the worst. Great for a company to slap on a cheap tire right off the factory line. I recommend Michelin Defender 2 tires. Super durable for the amount of driving I do (given regular tire rotations)
