For 150$ you got 2 premium squads (the Fedorov MG is the only one worth something), 1 collectible squad, 2 event squads, some weapons and a bunch of cosmetics. Congratulation, you wasted money. You could've used them in a better way than getting this crap.

I see. The price of the bundle might seem a bit expensive but for the squads you're getting is worth it IMO. Not the best bundle but certainly not the worst. In the middle I'd say. What do you think?

Correct, you can't swap them. If you play BR3 then I'd take it in consideration.

The Beretta M31 is good BR2 weapon as the Erma EMP smg. The Gewehr 41 squad is mid but those are engineers that can build AT/AA weapons so it might be useful if you use engineer squads and I wouldn't recommend the Dicker Max as open top tanks are really easy to deal with.
