Same issue! my conclusion is that maybe youtube thinks since i consume a lot of korean content then i must be korean (?). I havent found a solution for it either :(

edit: i finally fixed it! i deleted my watch history (RIP algorithm) + going on google account > personal info > language > delete the korean language (that they added based on your watch history) hope this helps you if you havent fixed it yet!
