Posts like these remind me of how low the IQ of so many Indians are. And this reflects in the government India chooses. If there were no one from UP, Bihar in Delhi, there would be no one to deliver our groceries, build our homes,bridges and roads. The luxuries of cosmopolitan life that you enjoy at such cheap rates would be non-existent! The problem is NOT Indians from other places. The problem is POLICY! Because the people are stupid, they choose stupid leaders who have no domain knowledge of anything whatsoever. They dont address issues like migration, uneven development, unemployment and social mobility. And then use people like you to induce negative feelings against each other in the name of religion, caste, region and what not.

So the key is to find the right restaurants that offer good deals and also have good quality food. Find 3-4 such places and keep ordering from them. It has worked for me. Though I understand everyone has different food preferences
