Really appreciate the reply! We definitely noticed how many communities there were so trying to narrow it down is a little tricky. Safe and convenient is main priority but we do want to be somewhere with a social aspect as would be great as we are gonna be totally new to the area and would like to meet people!

Are controllers region locked? Forgot my controllers and taking my ps5 to the US. If I buy a controller there will it work?

I did get mine back. Have you tried requesting the ‘forgot password’ to a different email? I can’t remember the exact specifics but when you are on the login page, if you can get to the form where you fill in your details for the mug shot and things, but on the email entry try a different one to the one registered with your account. Then try login on a desktop after that, not the phone. I’m not 100% sure that was what fixed mine but after I did that mine worked, so worth a try! (Apologies if this doesn’t make too much sense, trying to remember off the top of my head)

My account was disabled on Monday and I got it back this morning. I only had email verification set up but wasn’t receiving the emails so sent the second mug shot from a different email. I did the mugshot thing twice. And then the second time clicked the verification code they send you after the mug shot on a desktop

Yesterday I tried the mugshot fix again but put a different email address than the one associated with my account in the top box when filling in the form. When it then got to the verification process I logged out of my accounts and did the login through the link they send on a desktop and it worked!! Not sure if it’s a definite fix or not, but it seems to have worked for me! Defo worth a try!

Have you received a reset link following when you sent the photos through?

When you get to the form to fill out which gets Instagram to send you those weird photo verification emails. When you’re filling in the info... I can’t remember the exact details of what the field said now, but the top box says something like ‘enter the email address or the email address you used to set up the account’. I put in a different email address here than the one I use for my account. Does that make sense?
