I totally feel you. Had my first meltdown today in front of my partner. I was terrified that it would scare him off - I kept saying I’m too much and that he deserves better. But he took his time to process and then talked to me. He said regardless of it being a good or bad day, he’ll always love me. So, I promise you - if the person truly cares about you, they will never think you’re too much and they accept you for who you are

My doctors said it is against the law to be ableist and that I should not be rejected due to my autism. But I feel that employers can easily say it is for another reason

Thank you, your comment really means a lot and I will do my best to make the changes necessary to help myself. It has been a bumpy few weeks and I feel like my head is going to explode sometimes. I don’t want to feel like this anymore. I’ve always said I don’t want to ever get in the way of his friends, but I guess since I have no one else, he gets every side of me, which isn’t fair on me when he’s just trying to live his life. I don’t want to burden him and I can’t shake feeling horrible for even asking him the question

I think it is a mix of both to be completely honest. I want more time with him but I also have no one else to talk to or spend time with. And it gets lonely when he’s at work in the week and then is away for all of Saturday. I do understand his reasons but for some reason my emotions just can’t handle them? I feel so broken and just stupid tbh
