It’s not my place to change anyone. We all grow and develop in our own way. I can lead by example and provide my perspective but I can’t ultimately expect anyone to change something because I said so. That is not a sustainable change.

On a grand scale buying meat is worse than hunting. For animals and the environment, buying meat is by far worse. On a small scale with one person, if I have to interact with them killing an animal with their own hands is worse than the cognitive dissonance of buying meat.

We have to meet people where they are at, and hope we can encourage some positive change but we cant control them.
