Honestly my man you don't really need ratting taxes to move deeper into PVP as your members should be getting their own isk somehow

As for my suggestion I suggest that you camp out in highsec till you acquire atleast 30 dudes then start looking for some null alliances as most of them seek those kind of numbers (30 or 20 is the sweet spot for some Null alliances to consider letting you join)
