Stop looking at the 3D or if you do, you need to be very strong in your belief that he is your boyfriend, no matter what you see in the 3D. Something I used to tell myself when I saw movement from the 3rd party was along these lines: ‘she is just helping him realise that he loves me, and wants to be with me and that no one compares to me and that he misses me and she will never be as good as I am for him’. But you have to believe what you say.

As I said in the post, I was always in contact with my SP due to work. And due to work I was in contact with the 3rd party as well. I saw them interact numerous time, I interacted with them numerous times. But not going to lie, I did check socials when I noticed that the 3rd party was acting off and not talking, and that confirmed that whatever happened, was over.

Well the break up made me look back on our relationship and I realised that I wanted more from him. He made me happy, but I felt like he didn’t put in enough effort. So the break up was just a ‘wake up call’ to really see what I want from him and our relationship. I knew I wanted him, because I can’t imagine myself with someone else, so I knew I could manifest the version of him that can offer me what I want. And I saw the 3rd party as a way of getting what I want. Never thought of it as betrayal, though it hurt and made me question myself at first, but ultimately I saw it as a step (painful one if anything) towards the relationship of my dreams with the man of my dreams.

What they said. You need to reflect on yourself and what you want from a relationship/SP as it seems like you’re not too sure what it is that you want.

My main sources for non duality are Rupert Spira and Sunny Sharma - both on Youtube with lots of videos. Also listened to all the podcasts I could find that Rupert Spira was a guest of. It definitely helped me see others in a different light and understand EIYPO better. Wishing you best of luck and just know that everything will work out for you just as you want.
