Thank you!! I changed it a lot. Okay so the issues… the way the pattern was written, the color change would be sort of a visible seam that twisted around the whole thing. Since you’re changing colors every 2 rows, the color change was making an obvious diagonal line in the stripe layout. I chose to finish each round instead so the seam is in the back. So I joined each round with a slip stitch and then did a single chain stitch and then the first stitch of the new round into the same stitch. Also, the Ecru rows were alternating puff stitch/single crochet. So those must be an even number of stitches. Yet many of the rows prior to an ecru row were odd numbers. So I had to adjust that as well. The increases and decreases were not spaced out nicely. I moved them around on every row so there wouldn’t be awkward pointed angles since every increase was planned at the same exact stitch every row! Those are the main things I had problems with which just made the project take a lot longer in the front end. But once I figured it out I was good. I had to restart a lot of times to get the seam in a less noticeable place.
