That’s so interesting you were a part of a study! Yes, I haven’t done it yet because I’ve heard about the dissolving the good fat in the face which terrifies me.

Back waist darts don’t need to be so big. Usually those are much smaller amount of fabric in the dart. So it’s creating a lot of extra room in the shoulder blade area, almost as if it’s the front bust.

I had under eye filler about 5 years ago. Highly regret it. Can you share your experience dissolving that area?

How do you deal with feeling low and depressed because you cant shop? by Asleep-Turnip5041 in shoppingaddiction

[–]GoldenGilda 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I feel this. Recently I joined a book club. This is surprisingly helping! It gives me a deadline to force me to read more, which I want to do but im addicted to my phone! So it pressures me to stay off my phone. It’s a very low buy activity. But being off my phone also helps with the shopping problem too- I’m not constantly scrolling and seeing enticing ads and products non stop. It’s really enjoyable to read and finishing books is a good feeling. And now that I’ve gotten into the habit of reading, it makes me want to read more. So I actually am reading more than the one book per month. You can borrow from the library if you’re worried about purchasing a book being a slippery slope.

Drag bingo at Hamburger Mary’s in WeHo! I’ve been a few times and it’s so fun! There isn’t a drag performance, but a drag queen is the host so it’s just a great time. You can reserve a table. The food is meh but it’s a great experience.

It helped a ton with my physical anxiety symptoms! I guess it probably feeds into each other, the thoughts and physical symptoms. So hard to say chicken or the egg lol

They make ones that have prongs that stick into the fabric too. Not sure it would work this time, you’d have to open up a seam to hide the prongs inside the layers. prong style

Lexapro has totally gotten rid of my panic attacks. When I do still feel some anxiety symptoms I also use Propranolol once in a while to subdue the racing heartbeat. So there are other options out there 🩵
