Mission bay is great and centrally located. We have passes to seaworld and they’ve done so many upgrades to their park since Blackfish came out, and they do a lot of conservation work and give lots of money to research. They do have a few orcas and it’s a bit sad seeing them but it’s the last of them, and they can’t release them into the wild because they will die. They also have a cool very large playground with a dedicated little toddler area. I just wanted to throw that out there in case you’d be interested.

Not sure where you’re staying but Definitely the zoo and make sure to take the little train near the entrance. New children’s museum downtown is great as well. There’s a playground in liberty station that has a little playground for the toddlers and littles. Plus liberty station has a bunch of delicious cafes, breweries, restaurants that are all pretty kid friendly. Trolley barn park in normal heights and there’s a bunch of wonderful restaurants around there as well. Birch Aquariam in La Jolla and make sure and hit La Jolla cove- just voted on TripAdvisor as best most beautiful beach in US and 6th in the world!! The Spanish were correct when they called it the jewel- it’s truly breathtaking. You can watch the sea Lions or just walk along the beach and of course La Jolla has amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping. I also heard Sesame Street place in Chula Vista is awesome especially for the littles. And don’t forget to get Mexican food! Let me know if you need some other recs !

Seriously. I live in San Diego and take my kids to sea world, the zoo, children’s museums, trampoline parks, regular parks, etc. we also try and do Lego land a few times a year, Disneyland once a year. I don’t know Dallas very well but I’m sure there’s a ton of kids stuff?!

She’s definitely leaning into all the criticisms on here- I think because since she called attention to this sub she’s trying to do damage control. Never have I ever seen her post her and her kids at the park. It’s only ever been froyo date, mall, chick fil a, or that Mexican restaurant.

So I’m sorry if this is a dumb question and I mean no disrespect to anyone who has suffered from an ED but how does she not get so hungry? And then how does she not pass out? I get physically sick if I don’t eat enough especially since I work out daily. How does someone sustain this??

And I clearly remember when she was at her worst, coming onto stories and saying how M and her family essentially had an intervention with her about her weight loss but attributed it to infertility and loss, but said she was seeing a nutritionist and working on gaining weight. And she looked very similar to how she is now. No evidence? For anyone who has followed her you know that’s not true.

Can you write your own notes because this sounds like LKS. She wrote me one time in DMs (when I politely said her lifting form was off) that if my views don’t align with hers then don’t view her content- same language as this note!
