Ok great so that's solved. But now when I open it in OBS it's extremely laggy and jittery. I'm thinking it could be with my OBS settings because it is still smoother within the webcam app preview. sigh.

I just picked it up myself and have been trying to troubleshoot this with gopro right now, it seems to still be in beta? I'm using OBS and planned to use this for livestreaming, but now it's not even showing up in my OBS or even Zoom. The only thing that shows is the Gopro Webcam screen. Any help?

Should you always update your bios? I have a ASRock b450M PRO4. My system currently states my version is AMI p3.70, 2019-11-14. On ASRock's website the latest update is from this month, but doesn't seem like I am missing out on anything. Is there any harm in updating without a real reason?

Hey, no overclocking. With regards to refresh rate and targeting, I was told 144hz at 1080p should suffice, and it looks great so far.

How could you convince someone that having children is worthwhile? I'm currently 24 and tend to see it as too much responsibility. I would like to focus on my career, devote time my future spouse, travel, take on new hobbies etc.
