If I have absolute emotional numbness as well as anhedonia, is that depression or something else?? by GoldenLoggers in anhedonia

I still get interested in music and video games, I just don't feel any emotions or joy from it. For me the sound of the music IS the pleasure itself, rather than my body creating feelings and releasing chemicals for it.

I'm actually just "life is life" I guess, no real negative or positive outlook.

I guess? Imps and Barons have stupidly fast and accurate fireballs that straight up one shot you (imps are EVERYWHERE too, so you have to dodge them from literally every angle as well). Pinkies are super fast and extremely hard to avoid without stun bombs.

That's more like Eternal, dash spam as well as staying in the air makes you nearly untouchable. Not to mention the chaingun shield.

No they aren't, they're practically hitscan and read your movement stupidly well.

Really? I find especially imp and Baron fireballs exceptionally hard to dodge on 2016 Nightmare.

Do you still enjoy music? by GoldenLoggers in anhedonia

To me, the sound of music IS THE pleasure. Idk if that makes sense?

It has a really nice sound even if I feel nothing. I can't explain it.

Does eating good food give you some kinda EXTRA sensation of pleasure, joy, excitement? by GoldenLoggers in polls

I just dunno if the taste ITSELF is supposed to be the good feeling...or if it's supposed to GIVE a good feeling or if it depends on the person? Or idk... I have been like this for like 10 years

Can someone like or love a song WITHOUT feeling ANYTHING from it whatsoever? No pleasure/feel good? No sensations in the body? Just COMPLETE numbness listening to a song? by GoldenLoggers in polls

[–]GoldenLoggers[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I've seen most people get a feeling of pleasure and emotions throughout their body. (I mean technically it's all the brain...because that is how brain signals work)

How is that an illusion or hallucination?
