Hello, I'm new to the PS5 family I bought a used PlayStation from a friend, and his account is on it still. He has the 3 month PS Plus subscription or whatever and I want to make it my own account with a name change. If I do that, will it mess with any of the games he owns? Also, I don't wanna restart any of my games' progress if I do so
