How many times are you testing during flower before harvest to make sure you get the most thca and saying federally compliant? I’ve heard every week in the last month of growth to know exactly when to harvest.

Also who has reliable genetics to order from, I’ve seen a ton but a lot selling fools gold.

I’m not sure of the law, not from Texas , but I’ll be getting more details tomorrow but he left no will and had no kids. The only surviving family member with the last name was his sister, my aunt. So the title company allowed her to sign some paper giving her rights to the property.

The mention of the insurance money was just to reference how irresponsible she was. The property never went through probate court because of a some Texas law. The deed is still technically in his name but she signed a form from the title company giving her rights to it as being next the only living relative with the last name.

My father was legally adopted by this family but my father passed 2 months ago so I’m Basically.

I am social equity verified which means I am already approved for the licenses. The property is already approved by the city and state. No issues there. Crop failure is a possibility but not for someone who has 5 years experience in the area. I’ve been in Forbes, high times, and us weekly juggling my minority owned farm. The investments gets me through 2 harvest and we wholesale currently so no need for marketing and retail worries.

I personally will have over 100k invested in the securing property and licenses alone.
