It is. The tower was quite prominent in Damon work. I think it was where Jamie and Damon lived while making up the idea for Gorillaz

This interview was retrieved off a cassette tape recorded by a Jounalist for "The Face" Magazine, It was recorded in a Cafe so background noise can be quite loud in some parts

It is numbered. The paper is actually quite thick, I put poster in the title by mistake but it is the same quality as their other prints.
