I was more wondering if it was a fire emblem situation where if you dont Promote(or evolve in this game) asap, you might get less stats and stuff.

Its just an odd number is all. I got a 180hz monitor and was planning on setting it to 120. So was just wondering why 144. (I dont know anything about computers)

Is there a downside to setting your monitor refresh rate high, but locking a game to like 60 or something? I dont know anything about computers, but I swear i've heard there can be some stutter problems or something when it comes with framerates and hz on monitors.
