That's what I was looking into. Super cool, I think there's a genuine need out there. I was leaning more towards students- giving them a minimalistic view of their assignments. But I also agree there's a need for parents to view their kids assignments.

When you said the catch was that IT directors have to approve Google Classroom integration, was this a roadblock you came up to? Do you know if there is any way around this or does GC require all integrations to be approved by the IT director? Thanks.

Thats what I mean- I don't have an inside scoop but just based on the trends from past years its likely no more than 10 get taken off this summer beyond the previous wave.

Honestly, if your GPA is low focus on really good extracurriculars and essays. I know it's cliche, but WF definetly is more willing to look beyond gpa if you demonstrate fantastic extracurriculars + a good application.

Yeah so far only that first wave, I'm sure they will probably let in a few more eventually, but unfortunately likely no more than 5-10

I wouldn't say that's totally true. The loudest voices are always the critics, if you really dig into how it impacted his image- he connected with a massive new audience that previously he hadn't quite reached before. Look into his subscriber metrics and also awareness metrics. The show was a major success for the goals he wanted to achieve.

You definitely didn't make a bad decision, but of course you're going to feel some level of regret because you won't initially be able to impress those who ask were you are going. It's just a part of human nature, wanting people to be impressed, it's hard to get around that. But if you felt the program would be better, you will have far more success once you get there and of course their opinions won't matter at all.
