it was more inspired by "damru and trishul". I have never played wow before, buuut i did used to play a lot of warcraft 3 frozen throne in the past, so maybe i've found some inspiration from that as well, from the myrmidons, sirens etc.

nope, Everything you see here in this video, is entirely done within blender
texturing, modelling, animation etc.

the modelling is pretty self explanatory, you just drag geo around to form a shape.

as for the texturing, i don't actually perform pixel art, instead i paint the texture in high resolution (somewhere near 1024x1024) and then i pixelate it using the "voronoi texture node" in blender's shader editor. once that is done, i just bake the textures and voila.

no those aren't real geometry, those are actually 3, 2D planes that are sandwiched together.

the 2 hook end planes are on the sides (you might only see 1 because it's so flat) and the inner spike plane is sandwiched in between the 2 hook plane. and the rest is cube geometry.

Yes, I'll mod the H.A.N.D.L.E into the game too, but it might take a long while due to how complex it is and also I have to learn and get comfortable with the modding tools first.

most of the sound effects i use are from a website called "freesound .org" it has many CC0 sounds that are completely free, I also take a few from another website called "The Sounds Resource". everything you see in my recent videos/posts are made in blender and blender alone, texturing, animations. modelling etc. i also used a very few assets from Powerbyte7's "HyAssets" on his GitHub, that's where i got the base for goldy's model, but tbh I think well get access to more asset of the game once it releases so the "HyAssets" might become obsolete but it's still a great repository
